I made this today so I could eat it over the next few days before St. Patrick’s Day. It turned out really moist, tender, and tasty.
Finish corned beef in oven
SHAKE flour in Reynolds Oven Bag; place in 13×9-inch baking pan. Add water to oven bag. Squeeze bag to blend in flour.
ADD beef to bag, fat side up. Sprinkle allspice, salt and pepper over meat. Place vegetables around beef.
BAKE 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until fork-tender.
Let stand 10 minutes. Remove and toss top leaf from cabbage.

TIP: If your corned beef comes with a seasoning packet, use that instead of the allspice, salt, and pepper.
As an Irish-American, corned beef and cabbage is one of my favorite meals to make for St.
